Leader to Leader Journal Receives APEX 2018 Award of Excellence

 

The Frances Hesselbein Forum has announced that the quarterly Leader to Leader Journal received the APEX 2018 Award of Excellence in the category of Magazines, Journals & Tabloids — Writing for the #86 Fall 2017 issue. 

The Frances Hesselbein Forum has announced that the quarterly Leader to Leader Journal received the APEX 2018 Award of Excellence in the category of Magazines, Journals & Tabloids — Writing for the #86 Fall 2017 issue.   

According to the APEX 2018 judges, "The awards were based on excellence in graphic design, quality of editorial content and the success of the entry in conveying the message and achieving overall communications effectiveness."  

The 30th Annual APEX Awards for Publication Excellence is an international competition for writers, editors, publications staff, and business and nonprofit communicators. This year, more than 1,400 entries were evaluated.  

Previously, Leader to Leader received the APEX Award of Excellence consecutively from 2009-2016 in a number of categories, including Magazine, Journals & Tabloids — Writing; Design & Layout; Regular Departments & Columns; and Site Content.  

Leader to Leader is an award-winning quarterly publication on management, leadership, and strategy written by today's greatest thought leaders. In each issue, the Hesselbein Forum brings together a peerless selection of world-class executives, best-selling management authors, top consultants, and respected social thinkers. The University of Pittsburgh, in collaboration with Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient and Pitt alumna Frances Hesselbein, recently established The Hesselbein Forum at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs' Johnson Institute for Responsible Leadership. Leader to Leader is published by the Johnson Institute and Hesselbein serves as Editor-In-Chief.
