GSPIA Student Internship Fund Established
Most GSPIA alumni will agree that internships are an invaluable “head start” that challenge students to channel everything they’ve learned into a dynamic real-world experience. They will also agree that the costs for such opportunities can become a burden for those trying to start a new career. With costs now ranging from $2,000- $4,000, many students have sacrificed their best possible career building opportunity for an internship that is more affordable, but less meaningful.
The GSPIA Student Internship Resource Fund, a new funding source designed to ultimately support every student internship experience, was established in the spring of 2007. While the Fund has more than $10,000 in pledges, additional support is needed before any allocations can be made. Please consider making a gift through a direct contribution now. Your generosity and support will make a difference for countless students.
