PhD Program at GSPIA emphasizes an interdisciplinary
approach and applied analysis. It provides flexibility
in allowing students to design two of the four fields
according to individual interests and needs.
The program encourages students to take advantage
of the total resources of two major research universities,
the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
