Course Information
GSPIA's Office of Student Services will assist full-time and part-time students with enrolling
in courses. The average course load is 12 credits per term. Full-time classification requires
between 9 and 15 credits in the fall or spring term. Students who register for fewer than 9 credits
per term are considered part-time and will be billed on a per credit basis. Students may only register
for more than 15 credits per term with written permission from the Dean. Graduate students who register
for more than 15 credits will be billed for each additional credit that exceeds their full-time tuition rate.

You will need your PeopleSoft ID/Student Number, which can be found by logging into my.pitt.edu and clicking on
"View My Personal Information." The seven-digit PeopleSoft ID is located in the ID field.
