Pitt Cyber, SCI, GSPIA, Pitt IT, and the Honors College are hosting our second annual Hacking4Humanity event. This year’s topic is digital disinformation.
- All Pitt students are eligible to compete.
- The timeline and format are different this year to accommodate the virtual environment—hacking/registration opens on 9/28 and hacks are due 10/18 (students now can sign up to be reminded when registration is open here).
- Students can compete in policy proposal, tech proposal (idea), or tech in action (functioning prototype) tracks—or some combination thereof.
- Students can compete as individuals or on teams of up to four. Students can form their own teams or use the team formation tool in registration via DevPost on 9/28.
